This July the working table on training in the nautical sector coordinated by Carme Sànchez of MB92 met. The meeting was held at the Faculty of Nautical Headquarters with the dean, Agustí Martin, in the chair.
During the meeting, the Blue Talent Hub platform was presented and was assessed as a very positive tool to be able to attract and manage training and labor talent in the sector. The new training approach of the Nautical Institute, which has the collaboration of MB92 and the Port of Barcelona, has also been announced, with a very positive assessment.
Finally, it went into depth on how to improve specialized training in the nautical sector: how to promote dual training and how to design new training proposals.
Different members of the Cluster participated in the meeting: Scientific Angler, Escola Port, Barter, Evolution Yacht, Gruppo Boero, la Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona, Barcelona Activa (Ajuntament de Barcelona) and the Port de Barcelona (Escola Europa).
