It was a pleasure to lead the third session of the Talent Blau program, an initiative promoted by Barcelona Capital Nàutica with the goal of rethinking access to training and defining the professional profiles of the future in the nautical and maritime sector.
During the session, key actions were launched to ensure the continuity of the project and to consolidate a shared training strategy:
The session featured active participation from representatives of key institutions and organizations, including: Barcelona City Council (Pla del Litoral), Barcelona Activa, the Barcelona Education Consortium, the BCN Professional Training Foundation, Escola Europea - Intermodal Transport, the Catalan Public Employment Service (SOC), and the Barcelona Institute of Logistics.
An enriching gathering that reaffirms the collective commitment to fostering talent and training in service of the city's and the country’s blue future.
