Barcelona Clúster Nàutic attended the press conference presenting the 2026 Barcelona International Boat Show, where the main highlights of one of the leading events in the recreational boating and marine leisure industry were unveiled. The show will take place from 14 to 18 October at Barcelona’s Port Vell, reinforcing the city’s role as a meeting point for industry professionals, companies and boating enthusiasts.

This year’s edition will feature 170 direct exhibitors, more than 300 represented brands and over 200 boats, showcasing a wide range of vessels and categories, from sailboats and catamarans to motor yachts. The programme will also include new spaces dedicated to water sports, on-water experiences and the promotion of marinas, with the aim of introducing boating to new audiences and enhancing the visitor experience.

Àgora Port: A Space for Dialogue Across the Industry

One of the highlights of this year’s edition will be Àgora Port, a conference space coordinated by the Port of Barcelona and Barcelona Clúster Nàutic, taking place from 14 to 16 October at Marina Port Vell.

The programme will bring together 25 speakers across nine sessions to address some of the industry’s key challenges and opportunities, including professional training, the relationship between ports and cities, emerging trends in recreational boating and the future of accessible boating.

Through a participatory format combining discussions, knowledge exchange and activities related to the marine environment, Àgora Port aims to foster collaboration among stakeholders across the nautical ecosystem and encourage conversations that contribute to the industry’s development.

Barcelona, a Meeting Point for the Yachting Industry

At Barcelona Clúster Nàutic, we welcome this new edition and reaffirm our commitment to promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing and the growth of the nautical industry in Barcelona, strengthening its international reach.
