It was a pleasure to lead the 3rd session of the Talent Blau program, an initiative promoted by Barcelona Capital Nàutica with the aim of rethinking access to training and defining the professional profiles of the future in the nautical and maritime field.
During the session, key actions were launched to ensure the continuity of the project and consolidate a shared training strategy:
• Mapping of existing training offer
• Proposal of a specific communication plan
• Creation of a unique and accessible information space
• Commitment to the continuity of meetings and joint work
The session counted with the active participation of representatives from strategic institutions and organizations such as: the Barcelona City Council (Pla del Litoral), Barcelona Activa, the Education Consortium of Barcelona, the BCN Professional Training Foundation, the European School – Intermodal Transport, the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC), and the Barcelona Logistics Institute.
An enriching meeting that reaffirms the collective commitment to promote talent and training in service of the blue future of the city and the country.
