On October 16, Barcelona Clúster Nàutic participated in the Employment Fair, within the Marketplace space of Barcelona Activa, with the aim of giving visibility to the labor and professional needs of the nautical and blue economy sector.
This participation is part of the cluster’s commitment to bring the sector closer to new professional profiles and to promote the creation of job opportunities in a constantly growing field, combining innovation, sustainability, and international projection.
During the day, several cluster members —MB92 Barcelona, TMS – Total Maritime Solutions, Port of Barcelona, and BlueNetCat— actively participated by conducting interviews with candidates interested in joining the sector, providing information about their companies and the most in-demand professional profiles. This collaboration allowed emerging talent to connect with the leading companies of Barcelona’s port and nautical community.
At Barcelona Clúster Nàutic, we continue working to promote employment, training, and professional qualification within the nautical and maritime industry, strengthening cooperation between companies, institutions, and educational centers to continue driving a sector full of opportunities and with a promising future in the blue economy.
