On October 22, 23, and 24, Clàudia Parera, director of Barcelona Clúster Nàutic and WISTA delegate in Catalonia, attended the annual WISTA Spain meeting, held at the World Trade Center in Barcelona.
WISTA (Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association) is an international organization promoting female participation and leadership in the maritime, port, and logistics industries. Present in over 50 countries, its goal is to foster networking, professional development, and visibility of women within the global maritime sector.
During the meeting, key topics on innovation, sustainability, equal opportunities, and the future of maritime transport were addressed, bringing together prominent professionals and representatives from institutions and companies in the sector.
