Claudia Parera Blanch, Managing Director of Barcelona Clúster Nàutic, recently participated in the Competitiveness Summer School, an international forum organised by the Foundation for Clusters and Competitiveness and IESE Business School, bringing together cluster leaders, policymakers and competitiveness experts from around the world.
Under the theme “Better Jobs with Cluster-Based Policies”, this year’s programme explored how cluster-based policies can help create higher-quality, more sustainable jobs while strengthening industries’ ability to adapt to today’s economic and technological challenges.
Participating in international initiatives such as this enables Barcelona Clúster Nàutic to incorporate new tools, methodologies and best practices to further enhance the competitiveness of the nautical ecosystem, foster talent development, drive innovation and support the creation of higher value-added career opportunities across the sector.
