The Barcelona Clúster Nàutic has reinforced its position in the European nautical sector with its recent participation in boot Düsseldorf, one of the industry’s most influential trade fairs. Ignacio Erroz, president of the Cluster, represented the entity at this internationally renowned event, reaffirming Barcelona’s commitment to innovation and nautical excellence.
During the fair, Erroz was accompanied by David Pino, from Port Vell Barcelona, and showed his support for key Cluster members such as Marc de Antonio Altimira, from DeAntonio Yachts; Marieli S. de Solé, from Marine Engines and Generators; Eduard Solà, from BA Advocacia; and Xavier Garcia Camps, from ACPET. Additionally, synergies were explored with Pedro Suasi, from the Balearic Marine Cluster, aiming to generate new opportunities for collaboration and growth in the sector.
The presence at boot Düsseldorf strengthens the Barcelona Clúster Nàutic’s strategy of consolidating the city as a leading hub in the European nautical industry. Through strategic alliances and the promotion of innovation, Barcelona is positioning itself as a key destination for sector development, attracting talent, investment, and new business opportunities.
In addition to establishing new connections, the fair provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships with key companies and entities in the sector. The Cluster continues to work on initiatives that enhance the competitiveness of Barcelona’s nautical sector, promoting innovative and sustainable projects. In the near future, new meetings and events are expected to further consolidate this leadership position.
