On Friday, April 25, Barcelona Clúster Nàutic participated in the “Women on the Move” working group meeting, held at the Port of Barcelona, a space for dialogue and collaboration dedicated to promoting gender equality in the logistics, maritime, and port sectors.
Our director, Claudia Parera, attended the session representing the Cluster. The event featured inspiring presentations that provided reflections and key perspectives on the current challenges faced by women in traditionally male-dominated environments.
This meeting space allowed for sharing experiences and best practices, fostering the creation of synergies among professionals, companies, and institutions committed to real sector transformation.
